Appointments
If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us at least 24 hours ahead of time. We really appreciate it.
Accepted Insurance Carriers
We are participating with Metlife, Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Nova, Cigna(PPO), CSEA, Teamsters, GHI, Dental Pay Plus & Healthplex plans. We accept all other PPO plans on out-of-network basis and we file all the claims for you electronically. If you have an insurance not listed above, call our office, we probably accept it!
