If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Accepted Insurance Carriers
We are participating with Metlife, Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Nova, Aetna, Gigna, CSEA, Teamsters, GHI, Dental Pay Plus & Healthplex plans. We accept all other PPO plans on out-of-network basis and we file all the claims for you electronically.
Billing Procedure/Payment Plans
We want dental care to be affordable for everyone. We offer interest-free payment plans for up to 18 months. We also accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard. If you have dental insurance, we take care of all the claims for you. However, your co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If your treatment plan exceeds $1000, we also offer a 10% professional discount for prepaying your treatment with cash or check, or 3% if you prepay with a credit card.
